My repetition is this
Consider the power of the idea that you choose to do something good for yourself.
The practice shifts us. There’s no magic, just the choice to change.
How do we dig deeper?
The yoga practice isn’t a contest with our body, it’s a dialog with our body. We can adopt a confrontational style of discourse, or we can adopt an intimate, loving one.
What are we repeating?
If repetition is the thing that takes us further into the practice, the attitude we take into our repetition is going to constrain how the practice serves us.
And so we return and begin again
The nature of practice is that it shows its effects over time. We must take the time to let it mold us.
