It doesn’t hurt to sign up for the class using InsideOut’s on-line scheduling system just to be certain that you get notified if class is cancelled, though this is very unlikely.
My Yoga for Strength and Flexibility 1 class is appropriate for anyone, whether brand new or seasoned yogi. Because it is scheduled later in the evening, it doesn’t move as quickly as some classes, but the pace allows the student to move as deeply into each pose as the body can accommodate–so your workout will be no less complete for all that.
My Yoga for Strength and Flexibility 2 class is a playful opportunity to work on some less common or more challenging poses. In the practice class format–where I’m practicing as well as leading–there is often less explicit instruction for most poses, so some knowledge of yoga is presumed. Nevertheless, as we move into deeper poses, we give all due care and attention to preparing ourselves to find our greatest freedom.
