When we don’t feel the ability to be our own role model, we can use others examples to guide us in the direction we want to go.

When we can’t feel the light within, we can always let ourselves bask in the light of others.

Know your destination in order to find it. Imagine what you seek.

To the extent we can visualize where we want to be, we can begin to seek it.

To see the world as if it were different—this is the power that allows us to effect transformation. We must cultivate it, nurture it, *use* it.

Can you imagine your heart, as luminous and full? Then you can make it so.

Inhabit your body fully, that you might more easily inhabit your self fully.

As we bring our attention to the body, our chance for freedom increases. As we bring our attention to our self, our chance for freedom increases.

We experiment with our focus to understand how best to find it, so we may apply it where needed.
